At the Center for Advanced Models for Translational Sciences and Therapeutics (CAMTraST), we strive to accelerate the “bench to bedside” process in biomedical research and drug development. Our mission is to develop advanced models for translational sciences and therapeutics as part of the University of Michigan Medical School.
Grant Application: We seek partnership with academic labs that are interested in using novel animal models to advance their research to jointly apply for federal, state, and private research grants.
Services: We provide fee-for-service to researchers who intend to contract with us to develop novel animal models for their research needs.
Available Models: Researchers can also request animal models that are already produced and characterized. Minimal fees to cover the production, characterization, maintenance, and transfer apply.
